TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to MemoireBox. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MemoireBox’s digital invitation, RSVP management, and digital album services (“Services”). By accessing or using MemoireBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS

By using MemoireBox, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

“Client” – The purchaser or authorized user of MemoireBox services.

“Work Request” – A request submitted by the Client for digital invitations, event pages, editing work, or digital albums.ireBox services.

“Work Order” – A Work Request that has been reviewed and formally approved by MemoireBox for production.

“Deliverables” – Digital creative outputs produced by MemoireBox, including designs, images, layouts, pages, and albums.

“User Content” – Content supplied by the Client including text, images, videos, logos, branding, event details, music, and any other media.

2. SCOPE of ServiceS

MemoireBox provides digital creative and event-management solutions including:

Digital invitations

RSVP pages and forms

Digital albums

3. Use of services

The Client must be 18 or older to use the service.

The Client agrees to:

Supply only User Content they have rights to use

Provide accurate event information

Follow all applicable laws

Not misuse or attempt to tamper with the Services

MemoireBox may suspend access for violations.

4. WORK REQUESTS & WORK ORDERS

4.1 Work Requests

Clients may submit Work Requests for:

Digital invitations

RSVP pages and forms

Digital albums

4.2 Approval & Conversion to Work Order

A Work Request becomes a Work Order only after MemoireBox:

Reviews the request and User Content

Reviews the request and User Content

Confirms all requirements are clear

Receives payment if applicable

Issues formal approval

4.3 Right to Reject Work Requests

MemoireBox reserves the right to reject any Work Request, including (but not limited to) if it:

Falls outside the Scope of Services

Contains inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content

Requires technical capabilities not offered by MemoireBox

Exceeds available production capacity

Includes incomplete or unclear instructions

Violates copyright or privacy laws

Rejected Work Requests will not be converted into Work Orders.

5. Payment terms

5.1 FEES

Fees are disclosed before a Work Order becomes Deliverables.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5.2 Payment Confirms Work Order

No work will begin until payment is successfully received.

5.3 No Refund Policy

Digital invitations

All payments for Work Orders involving:

RSVP pages/forms

Digital albums

…are final and non-refundable after approval of the Work Order.

5.4 Additional Charges

Any changes outside the original Work Order (e.g., additional pages, redesigns, layout changes) may require a new Work Request with additional costs.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your use of MemoireBox is governed by the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Deliverables

MemoireBox grants the Client a license to use the Deliverables for their personal and event-related distribution.

6.2 User Content

The Client retains rights to all User Content.

The Client grants MemoireBox a license to use such content for:

Creating Deliverables

Hosting RSVP pages

Providing the ordered Services

6.3 User Content

MemoireBox may display anonymized samples of Deliverables unless the Client opts out in writing.

7. Content Standards

User Content must not:

Infringe copyrights or trademarks

Include hateful, explicit, abusive, or illegal material

Delivery of all notifications (email/SMS depend on carriers)

Feature individuals without consent

Violations may result in refusal of Work Requests or termination of Services.

8. Turnaround Times & Revisions

8.1 Start of Work

Work begins only after a Work Request is approved and becomes a Work Order.

8.2 Estimated Delivery

Turnaround times vary depending on workload, content volume, and project scope.

8.3 Revisions

Each Work Order includes a limited number of revisions depending on the service type.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount require a new Work Request.

9. Service Availability

Services are provided through GoHighLevel and WordPress and may be affected by:

Hosting outages

Platform maintenance

Third-party service downtime

Internet disruptions

MemoireBox is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

MemoireBox is not liable for:

Issues caused by third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, WordPress, hosting services)

Incorrect or infringing User Content submitted by the Client

Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the Client

Damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by platform downtime

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the Work Order.

11. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify MemoireBox for claims arising from:

Copyright or IP violations in User Content

Misuse of Deliverables

Breaches of these Terms

Lack of consent for featured individuals

Misrepresentation of rights to submitted content

12. termination

MemoireBox may suspend or terminate Services if the Client:

Violates the Terms

Submits illegal or harmful content

Abuses the service, platform, or staff

No refunds will be provided for terminated Work Orders.

13. governing law

These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction where MemoireBox operates unless otherwise required by local law.

13. Changes to Terms

MemoireBox may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
